About KK TRAVELS

KK TRAVELS is a travel agency which focuses mainly on airport cab services providing fast and economical trips. They also offer booking services for hotels, flights, buses & holiday packages.

Why Is Redesigning Necessary?

  • There is no consistency in terms of visual language.

  • The hierarchy isn’t established and hence one has to scroll through the entire page for a primary action.

  • A well-designed application automatically improves the goodwill or the trustworthiness of the company,  which current application fails to do.

  • Some buttons on the application link to nothing. These errors make users go away.

Language and Currency have to be understood. Another way to use geolocation is to propose customers the best travel options based on where they are at the moment.

Intuitive Search And Simple Navigation

​The search and discovery process across your site should be intuitive, frictionless, and agile. Here, the most important things to consider are the handy calendar, elaborate filters and hints.

Easy Check-out

​Make sure that the information is ordered logically, all the instructions are clear and the progress is obvious. Try to avoid anything that distracts or causes tension.

Mobile Friendliness

Users prefer to use mobile more and more within the whole travel experience: from browsing and booking to searching for necessary information whilst on holiday. We propose to consider two options: the mobile version of a site and the mobile application.
